Open Dashboard →
Go to your Fellow Friend settings → Shopify tab → enter your store domain and this code to connect.
Chat Widget
The Fellow Friend widget adds a chat bubble to the bottom corner of your store. When visitors click it, they can chat with your brand's AI assistant. It answers product questions, shares info from your knowledge base, captures email leads, and invites visitors to join your community on Fellow.
How to add the widget to your store

Connect your Fellow account using the verification code above

Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize in your Shopify admin

Click App embeds in the left sidebar (the puzzle piece icon)

Find Fellow Friend and toggle it on

Click Save — the chat widget is now live on your store
Everything your Fellow Friend knows — personality, knowledge base, training notes, corrections — syncs automatically. Customize it anytime from your Fellow dashboard.
